By creating a Zone6 account or using the Zone6 app or zone6ai.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Zone6.
1. What Zone6 Is
Zone6 is an AI-powered training coach. You tell it a goal and a target date; it reads your training and recovery data — with your permission — and builds and continuously adjusts a training plan, and answers your questions about your training through chat.
2. Not Medical Advice
Zone6 is a coaching tool, not a medical device, and it does not replace a physician. Nothing Zone6 tells you is medical advice. If you experience pain, dizziness, chest tightness, or any symptom that concerns you, stop training and consult a real doctor — don't rely on the app.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Zone6. You're responsible for the accuracy of the goal, health, and training information you provide, and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One account per person.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Zone6 is free to use, with no trial and no expiry, subject to a daily fair-use limit on coach messages. Zone6 Pro is an optional subscription that raises those limits, speeds up plan imports and gives first access to new coaching features. It is billed weekly or annually at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase, through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies — we can't issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use Zone6 to do anything illegal, to harass anyone, to attempt to access another user's data, or to interfere with the service. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or use Zone6's outputs to build a competing product.
6. Your Content
You keep ownership of what you write to your coach and any feedback you submit. By sending it, you allow us to process it — including sending it to our AI provider, Anthropic — to generate your plan and replies, and to improve Zone6 based on aggregated, de-identified patterns in feedback. We never sell or publish your individual messages.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep Zone6 available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — training data sync, AI responses, and plan generation depend on third-party services (Apple, Anthropic, Supabase) outside our control.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Zone6 is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our liability for any claim relating to Zone6 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Zone6 changes. Continuing to use Zone6 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
